Marketing is Part Innovation and Part Habit
Innovation are the new ideas and approaches that you offer customers to make your product or service attractive over other alternatives that are available.
It could be the features of the product, or the convenience of delivery, or price, or after-sales support. These are just some examples.
Habit is about regularly telling customers about your great product or service - its about getting your message out regularly, so that customers begin to think of you when they have a need.
